Gail Montplaisir, the president of Taurus Development Group, is a recognized leader in green development in the Washington, DC, metropolitan area. For example, our county home in Rappahannock County uses passive solar to reduce the need for heat in the winter time; we are equipped with composting toilets and a gray water system.”
