Remember: sex by yourself or with a partner burns calories, keeps you limber, can lighten your mood, relaxes you, keeps your endorphins going, helps keep your brain and sex organs from atrophying, and studies show, adds to a healthier, longer life. It may be the best exercise around. It might also help to add one or more of the ones listed below from Harvard Medical School.
Whether you’re 9 or 90, abundant evidence shows exercise can enhance your health and well-being. But for many people, sedentary pastimes, such as watching TV, surfing the Internet, or playing computer and video games, have replaced more active pursuits. Millions of Americans simply aren’t moving enough to meet the minimum threshold for good health — that is, burning at least 700 to 1,000 calories a week through physical pursuits. The benefits of exercise may sound too good to be true, but decades of solid science confirm that exercise improves health and can extend your life.

Eaten in moderation, they may even help keep you slim, or at least some sexy exercise may help burn off those holiday calories.

Menopause is often confused with men-o-pause (as in men having to “pause” their hormonal urges)? This is rubbish. Let’s give this entire topic a different spin. For starters, look on the bright side - no more monthly periods, bloating, back aches, headaches, cramps, “moods.”

Legs are an incredibly important part of the body: We stand on them, walk with them, and sit with them. Some of us require them to jog, peddle, kick, or even sprint. They do so much to make our lives what they are!
